"This world-renowned scientist, a specialist in the field of cybernetics, including systems analysis and decision theory (...) belongs to the group of outstanding scientists who created research school" – said prof. Teofil Jesionowski, the rector of the Poznan University of Technology. The rector added that our university is honoured by the fact that it can use the knowledge and experience of the laureate, who has been working closely with the Poznan University of Technology for many years.

“It is an honour not only for me but for our nation. It is an indication of how much science connects people. I am glad that I can experience it together with the academic community” said prof. Zgurovsky.

The supervisor of the doctoral thesis was prof. Tomasz Łodygowski, rector of the Poznan University of Technology in the years 2012-2020. The rectors of both universities also formally renewed the cooperation agreement.
